Services of the App would be available to only Gomti Nagar (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India) and soon available in all other cities as well. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the App.
All shoppers have to fill the order form, register and login for placing orders on the Cocoman App and website. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the App and website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service directly through phone, email.
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Cocoman.App reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the term and conditions of sale included in the item's description.
All the products listed on the App will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh fruit, coconut prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
This Website and App may have links to other websites which are not controlled by us, any objectionable content, we don’t take any responsibility of content on these website or any services provided on the site, you agree to use these site and any service at your sole risk and that to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Cocoman App shall have no liability to you for content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you..
Minimum order value should be equal or above Rs.150/. we provide free delivery.
You can pay online medium as well as Cash on Delivery. From time to time, products you order may be unavailable. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will make every reasonable effort to substitute the closest product.
In the case of bad weather or unforeseen delivery complications, deliveries may be delayed. We will make every effort to get your order reach to you by 5:00 pm on the date of your arrival.
Your order will arrive with an invoice that will list all of the items you have received and were billed for. If something is missing from your order, please call us so that we can do everything reasonable in our power to ensure your satisfaction. In the case where you fail to pay for the products ordered, you agree to forfeit to the Company any right, title, or interest you may have in the products.
